What is the manufacturing process of PET preforms

The manufacturing process of PET preforms is as follows:

1. Mix PET raw materials in a certain proportion, add color masterbatch, additives and other auxiliary materials, and mix evenly.

2. Squeeze the mixed PET raw materials through an extruder to form cylindrical preforms.

3. Pre stretch the bottle preform through a pre stretching machine, making it easier to form the desired bottle shape during subsequent heating and molding processes.

4. Heat the pre stretched bottle preform through a heating machine, and then shape it through a mold to form the appearance of the bottle.

5. PET plastic bottles are made from PET (polyethylene terephthalate) as the raw material, which is first injected into PET bottle preforms, and then heated, stretched, blown and molded into bottles.
