How PET plastic bottles are produced

The production process of PET plastic bottles mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: The main raw material is polyethylene terephthalate, abbreviated as PET. In the raw material preparation process, it is necessary to mix PET resin with other additives in a certain proportion to make a granular premix for subsequent use.

2. Prefabricated bottle preform: After heating PET particles, a certain shape of bottle preform is made through a mold.

3. Bottle preform stretching blow molding: After heating the preform, it is blown into the desired shape of a plastic bottle through a mold.

4. Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the produced plastic bottles. Qualified products can be sold, while unqualified products need to be reprocessed.
