The production process of PET plastic bottles includes the following steps:
1. Plastic processing: Due to the presence of lipid groups in the macromolecules of PET plastic bottles, which have a certain hydrophilicity, the pellets are more sensitive to water at high temperatures. When the water content exceeds the limit, the molecular weight of PET plastic bottles decreases during processing, resulting in colored and brittle products. Therefore, before processing, the material must be dried at a temperature of 150 ℃ for more than 4 hours, usually 170 ℃ for 3-4 hours.
2. Blowing: Heat the preform of PET plastic bottles and then use a mold to make the bottle shape.
3. Cooling: Cool the blown PET plastic bottle.
4. Slicing: Cut the cooled PET plastic bottle into appropriate sizes.
5. Detail treatment: Apply detailed treatment to the mouth, body, and bottom of PET plastic bottles to make them smoother and more rounded.
6. Hot air: Blow the PET plastic bottle body with hot air to make it more transparent and shiny.
7. Inspection: Conduct quality inspection on PET plastic bottles, and rework or scrap unqualified bottles.
8. Packaging: Pack PET plastic bottles that pass the inspection and store the finished products in the warehouse.
