To control the quality of PET plastic bottles, attention should be paid to the following aspects:

1. The appearance quality of oral solid medicine bottles is generally white, with a uniform color, smooth and flat surface, without deformation or obvious scratches, and without trachoma, oil, bubbles, etc. Liquid medicine bottles are generally brown and transparent, and can be produced in different colors according to customer requirements.

2. PET bottles with different volumes have standards such as height, wall thickness, part weight, volume error, and center point thickness. A good PET bottle should have uniform color, no obvious color difference, a smooth and flat surface, no deformation or obvious scratches, no sand holes, grease, bubbles, etc. The bottle mouth should be flat and smooth, with the center point as the center, and the foot wall should be thick and uniform, without hard necks, cracks, or depressions.

3. CCP-4: Ensure constant temperature of the mold body, bottom mold, and mold mouth; Under the inflation of high-pressure gas, ensure full contact between the bottle wall and the mold to ensure the integrity of the bottle shape.

4. CCP-5: The PET pulled backwards must be heat set at around 140 ℃.

5. CCP-6: Ensure that PET bottles meet standard requirements, and on-site quality assurance strictly controls the quality of empty bottles according to process control requirements.
